Our worship experiences offer food for the soul and for the body, open to everyone and anyone.

Go ahead and sleep in on Sunday morning! And Sunday supper is taken care of--if you come to our Sunday evening service. It's a communion service with contemporary music and a liturgy in the Episcopal tradition. The service is relaxed, intimate, and participatory. And afterwards, enjoy a delicious free dinner!

5:00 pm on Sundays (except during breaks and summer). We meet on the 3rd floor of the YMCA, 1801 University Ave.

One of our most beloved programs by all sorts of people, it's a mid-week respite. We spend ten minutes singing the Episcopal Noonday prayer service and then have a hot lunch together. It's a great way to connect with the community and to get that final push to get through to the end of the week.
