The University Episcopal Center is a place to relax, to explore your faith, and to meet other students. Catch up on homework or make yourself a cup of tea in our student lounge.
You'll find that we're also a community of people who take seriously the challenge of practicing an intelligent faith in the real world. You'll meet students and faculty who worship with reverence for their traditions, but who also respect other faith traditions, realizing that they have many more questions than answers. And you'll see that people here try to walk their talk, by helping the needy and fighting injustice.
You'll be welcome here, regardless of your gender, ethnic background, sexual orientatation, or the number of times you've been born. UEC folks have a history of speaking out against discrimination and all its nasty forms.
You hear a lot of laughs here, aided not only by good company, but also by good food (You'll notice that you can get a meal or snack at almost all our events.) If you get involved with us, you'll for sure eat well, and you might even have some fun (at least the kind of fun that doesn't require going to confession afterward).
And along the way, you'll find that you've grown spritually and intellectually. And, maybe, you'll make some friends who will be your friends for life. The UEC has been around for nearly a century, and we have many alumni who still feel a part of the UEC family.
We do a lot of things. We would be pleased and honored to have you join us in any or all of them. The links below will take you to more information:
